All fees are based on one family consisting of up to 2 adults and 3 children under 18 years of age. Additional guests will be charged $10.00 per night. One camping unit per site, extra tents may be added at the discretion of management for a nominal fee.

Overnight Camping, offered between April and October:

Tent Camping: starting at $50.00/night

RV Camping: starting at $70.00/night

Cabin Camping: starting at $90.00/night

Weekly Rates: calculated at 6 times the nightly rate

Monthly Rates: $750.00 plus electric (no proration).  Monthly rates are for temporary snowbirds, contract workers.  We do not offer full time, permanent sites- you must have a permanent home with residency elsewhere.

Seasonal Rate for 2027: $4100, plus electric
